Refunds

All antique and vintage items sold through Eauxzark Antiques are final sale, sold as-is, and not refundable or returnable. Because of their unique nature, these one-of-a-kind antique and vintage items reflect age, wear, patina, and history. Please review pictures and descriptions. Any major disclaimers are noted and we are happy to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase. 

Shipping

Shipping will be added to your order. We carefully wrap and ship our items in professional shipping materials via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. In the rare event that an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all shipping materials and items. We will work with you on the necessary pictures and documents to submit a claim and issue a full refund for items deemed damaged during shipping.
